Our Multivendor Technical Center of Excellence (TCOE) located in Arlington, Texas, comprises over 40 imaging devices from a variety of different manufacturers – everything from radiography to mammography to CT, MR and vascular systems. This 3,500 sq. meter modern facility serves as a technical service center for non-GE equipment, delivering technical documentation, training and support. To ensure that training properly addresses the specificities of the European market, Multivendor European Field Service Engineers have received more than 3,000 hours of training in total last year in our multi-vendor training facility located in Buc, France.

We, at Multivendor, are specialized in imaging equipment but we can manage a much broader range of technical services for you. We have established strategic alliances with a variety of healthcare suppliers. We collaborate with companies specializing in servicing biomedical equipment and are willing to retain coordination responsibility whenever you require.
