GE Healthcare provides a choice of two types of sensor for Entropy™ measurement.

The GE Entropy sensor has three separate wet gel electrodes on individual leadwires, offering flexible positioning of the sensor. Single point connection to the GE Entropy cable enables ergonomic and easy set-up.

Entropy sensor is a one-piece disposable sensor with three electrodes and a single point connection to the cable. The cable is connected directly to the monitor without any pre-amplifier.

Both Entropy and GE Entropy sensors are easy to attach to the patient's forehead. Both sensors are designed for GE Entropy devices and cannot be used with other monitors or modules.
