53-year-old man, with suspicion of a cardiogenetic embolism with acute onset of a right hemianopsysis, images acquired just under three hours from onset of symptoms.

The comparison between the MTT and the CBV functional maps gives us a good idea of the core and penumbra of the region affected by the stroke.
