• The high values for CBV and PS provide important diagnostic information.
• The high value of extravasation reflected in the PS parameter is also visible with a clear indication of a region with disturbed BBB (blood-brain barrier).
• Good guidance is provided for stereotactic biopsy.
• CBV and PS parameter maps give excellent information into the pathology of the region of interest.
