SnapShot Pulse with adaptive gating


SnapShot Pulse addresses the dose burden of traditional coronary CT angiography. With X-rays only turned on during the required cardiac phase, total “on” time can be under two seconds with a dose reduction of up to 83 % with improved image quality. Real-time adaptive scan control helps avoid arrhythmias and improves overall scan reliability for prospectively gated cardiac scans.

With no trade-off between speed and high resolution, LightSpeed VCT allows a complete assessment of all vascular segments including lumen views and vessel wall. Tailored injection protocols combined with flexibility in acquisition parameters leads to a large anatomical coverage within arterial phase and consequently to new limits in vessel visualization and acquistion speed.
