CardioICE Synchronized Ultrasound
CardioICE™ takes hemodynamic and structural heart procedure information integration to the next level. Providing continuous, real-time visualization of cardiac structures and devices, CardioICE on the Mac-Lab XTi gives you exceptional control and access to information during structural heart procedures. It reproduces the display of the Vivid i in a window on the Mac-Lab XTi to provide continuous, real-time visualization of structures and devices.
CardioICE fuses X-ray and ultrasound images, data, ECGs and pressure signals continuously throughout the case. It helps improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cath and structural heart procedures.
Case documentation – images, waveforms, data – is consolidated into a single, comprehensive procedure log. Mac-Lab XTi provides synchronized access to previously disconnected information and visualization tools, combining hemodynamic recording with real-time intracardiac echo.

Integrated Centricity CA1000 PACS workstation
Import previously acquired images into the study and display on the boom monitor to facilitate image-guided procedures. An optional Centricity CA1000 PACS workstation license allows review and import of previously acquired images into the hemodynamic report, providing a more complete case record and eliminating the need for a separate workstation.

CardioICE remote system control

Remote system control for efficiency. A new remote control keyboard allows certain Vivid i ultrasound system image parameters to be adjusted by the clinician in the control room, taking the technician out of the radiation field. This helps improve staff efficiency and comfort by allowing the operation of both recording and ultrasound systems from the control room, away from the X-ray system and the associated requirement for heavy protective lead garments.
