Choose "Day
at a Glance" for a schedule formatted with each
day of the week on a single 8.5 X 11 page. Optimal for patient
viewing guides.
Choose By
Category if you would like to create a "Category-at-a-Glance"
checklist of recommended programs for patients. Print a page for
each category of programming, circle specific programs so that individual
patients know what you recommend for him/her and when to tune in.
Choose Week
at a Glance for a schedule that is formatted to fit
on a single 8.5 X 11 page. This version can be printed on a color
or black/white printer. NOTE: The type size may
be difficult for many patients to read especially after photocopying.
Most hospital staff recommends the schedule "By Category"
or "Day at a Glance" for in-hospital distribution to
patients.
Mark Your Calendars! The schedule
changes once per quarter on the following dates in 2008: March 31, June 30, Sept 29, Dec 15.
By request from hospital education and nursing staff, the
schedule will change only on these dates to minimize re-printing
of TV schedules. The designated Patient Channel coordinator receives
a reminder about 1 month prior to the change date.
