Training for Medical Professionals

Product Training, Dose Reduction Education, and Techniques

GE Healthcare's Clinical Education Team has developed a wide-ranging curriculum that reflects GE Healthcare's position in encouraging the informed use of medical imaging procedures and in the methods to achieve high-quality images at a lower dose. It begins with an initial applications visit to your site and extends through the advanced ACR accreditation, continuing medical education, and a broad array of general information offerings—all designed with a clear focus on helping healthcare providers appropriately utilize this high-tech equipment and to understand the various dose technologies and features available to help them minimize exposure.

These courses are not intended to replace or substitute for the training provided by other medical professionals, facilities, accrediting bodies, or the judgment of a clinician. They are designed to provide additional training and support to those efforts and specifically to provide insights specific to GE Healthcare technologies.

GE Healthcare is committed to the creation of a dose-conscious environment in which radiologists, radiologic technologists, nurses, surgeons, cardiologists, and other staff members can provide the best possible care for their patients. The more you know, the more equipped you will be to optimize your protocols based on each patient's specific needs and using the latest dose-reduction technology where appropriate.
